Student License: Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to view materials for educational purposes.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Salon Services: We reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit for salon bookings.
Academy Enrolment: Course fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your access to learning materials.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellations to salon services and course bookings, please refer to the following timeframes:

- Over 48 Hours notice given: No charge applied, however your deposit will be non-refundable.

- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or course start: 50% of total cost due.

- On-the-day cancellations or No-Shows: 100% of total cost due.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fancy Academy Limited provides this website on an "as-is" basis.

We are not liable for any technical errors, downtime, or omissions in website content.
While our academy provides professional training, we do not guarantee specific financial or career outcomes for students.
